How to Start a Return or Exchange

To get started:

• Include a short description of the issue, your order number, and a few photos if applicable.
• Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we’ll either:

• Send you a replacement, shipped within 3–7 business days, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1 business day (please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account).

• Please ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Include your packing slip or order number inside the return package.

Ship It Back

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
• Please provide your tracking number once your return has been shipped so we can keep an eye on its arrival.

Reorder the Right Size

• You can place a new order anytime — no need to wait until your return arrives.
• Once we receive your return or tracking confirmation, you’ll receive store credit for the returned item (excluding shipping).
